If u have high rank in uptu then you can go with the .. Rajkiya colleges . .. these are the government college and much cheaper than others .. In my opinion go with them..

Attempting JEE main examination would allow you to get college across the nation where UPSEE examination is conducted only for colleges affiliated to AKTU and located in Uttar Pradesh out of which mostly are private.

Hence, it would be better to attempt both the examination but preface with your main motive as JEE main as it would make you confident enough to attempt both the examination.

Yes, you can definitely get 160 marks in UPSEE entrance examination.  if you have performed well and answered the questions with confidence then you will definitely get marks up to your expectation. see bsc passed candidates are eligible to secure  seat only after seat lefts filling diploma passed candidates in btech lateral entry admission process. now the eligibility criteria for bsc degree holders is, 45% marks in graduation for general or general ews, 40% marks criteria is for sc/st , so you are not eligible to apply. I suggest you to try for bihar state leet exam or jexpo of west bengal where less marks required.
