The last date for the application of UPSEE 2020 had been extended till 31st May due to Covid-19 outbreak and Lockdown. The last date of fee submission is also the same. Only the corrections in application forms can be d one till 3rd June 2020.

either passed your 12th board examination from Uttar Pradesh
or
you must be a domicile of Uttar Pradesh .

No that would not be a problem. You must have a domicile of UP that's all you need. The address of adhar card doesn't matter. As it consists of your current address and it's not the proof of your domicile. While here is the eligibility criteria:
