There will not be a big issue if the name of the village has been typed wrongly. The information printed on the admit card is as per the information at the time of online registration for the exam. Admit card is the entry pass for the examination and the village

Yes you can take admission as it is not such a big issue just you have to ask them once for better confirmation and try to request bthem if they don't agree you can better call on the helpline no provided on the official website and ask them ,

I don't think that will be a problem. While taking admission make sure you give the correct village name. Your name, date of birth, parents name and reserved category if any should be mentioned in a correct way before registration. Please check them out.

YES, there will be a 4th round counselling for UPSEE but however in that round no choice filling will be done. Rather it wil be a direct allotment of the remaining seats. I have provided below the details about 4th round counselling -
