If you don't change the choice filling from the first round and you choose float option, you will get a college above your 69th choice only. It can not go down, only go up so you need not to worry. I hope this information was helpful to you!

Candidate is eligible for second round of counselling of UPSEE under two conditions:

the first one is that the student was allotted a seat but he didn't report at the reporting centre then he is automatically eligible for second round of counselling

Second one is is the candidate was not
