It is very much clear that you are not allowed to fill choice in second round of counselling.

But still if you are allotted some college in which you are really not interested at all then you can opt for float option.

If you have chosen freeze option in first round of counselling means you are satisfied by the college which you are getting and not interested in better preference further. In such case you have  to take admission in the college which you freezed and hence can't be eligible
