Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) has been scrapped off from the academic year 2021-22. From now the admission to Under Graduate Engineering colleges in Uttar Pradesh is based on merit in JEE Main. UPSEE is no longer to be conducted. Admission is solely based on JEE Main score.

There is bit of unclarity in the problem you asked for solution. I assume you want to take computer science engineering but the option given to you are only BTech in Bio-Technology and BTech in Agriculture. Now it all depends on what you have more interest in.
