Internal sliding is done before spot counseling. College releases a notice for internal sliding students. Apply in that. Remaining seats go for admission in spot counseling. The internal sliding would done in the month of August after the UPSEE counseling end and seat are vacant in some branch

According to your rank you will get government college but may be that government college are not that good.May be you will get Bundelakhand University which is a good college.You can check yourself previous year opening and closing ranks of different colleges in the official website of upsee.nic.in

as you secured a rank of 11363 is very good .the onw with that rank can participate in the counsellling

UPSEE conducts it's counselling only through it's own conducted exam UPSEE not through Jee Mains.So basically you can get colleges of AKTU only through your UPSEE ranks not through jee main rank.
