As per your OBC rank, you can go for courses like EEE,ECE,ME,IT. If you want to go for CSE then you have to choose private college.

Based on your rank you are not supposed to get a government College in chemical engineering. You can get a private Colleges if you want to take admission in these Colleges. The Colleges where you can take admission are:
