I am sorry to say that you will not be able to get a government college. Instead of government college, you can have a seat of some private colleges like ABESEC, AKG, ABESIT and JSS. You can apply government colleges too for counselling but the chances are next

based on your rank you will definitely get a government college under uptu.However,you will not get the top three(iet,knit) colleges but you will definitely get colleges like biet jhansi(lower branch),iet faizabad,csjm kanpur cse.So please carefully fill the choices in counselling.
