Since you have chose to float a seat allocated to you in the first round, you have an option of changing it to freeze which means that the seat will be allocated to you. The seat on float shall be available to you. But, once you confirm the seat by freezing it, you cannot resign from it.

Firstly I want to explain you the fee waiver that is the tution feeis waived off. Although you still have to pay hostel and mess fees. So you can diffinately get the seat in fee waiver. It was not related to rank and all so you should have good rank for getting good college.

UPSEE counselling  is conducted for students to provide them admission in vatious UG and PG courses in various fields like Architecture, Engineering, Hotel Management, Pharmacy, Management etc. at various Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU ) affiliated colleges .

So below are some documents which you might require at the time of admission.

• 2020 rank card
• UPSEE 2020 admit card
• 10th and 12th standard certificate and mark sheet
• Domicile certificate
• Parent's domicile certificate (if the candidate has passed qualifying exam outside UP)
• Rural weightage certificate (if applicable)
• Character certificate
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• Subcategory certificate for freedom fighters/armed forces/physically handicapped (if applicable)
• Certificate of medical fitness/undertaking of medical fitness
• Income certificate for economically weak candidates
• GDDA category certificate (if applicable)
• Other required documents

In the next rounds many students would give up their seats as they would get some other better seats in other counselling processes. So there are chances of getting seats in the next rounds. So don't worry you have chances to get a seat in the further rounds.
