At this rank at best you will be able to get a private college. Getting a government college at this rank with general category will be very difficult. However, you can also try for private colleges although you might face some issues with branch while going for the top private

I am sorry to tell you but the admissions are done on the basis of general rank and not the category rank. The category rank is considered only once there are seats empty in some higher level colleges of your category, then it can be used. I hope
