The number of vacant seats in round 2 is not disclosed by uptu. Although there are a total of almost 1,44,000 seats in all colleges of uptu. It is not possible to tell how many seats are vacant after round 1. You could check previous year's cut off to get an idea about which college you would get in uptu. Students keep on accepting and leaving their seats due to which it is practically impossible to keep a record of the data.

*UPTU  is nothing but Uttar Pradesh Technical University it  is   also known as AKTU (Abdul Kalam Technical University) is a university which conducts UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination), for taking admission in UG programme in University.

* So Candidates, those have qualified the examination, they have called for the counselling as per their merit. It is conducted  through online mode from September 2020.

* I am explaining the process  of UPSEE 2020 counselling briefly it contains following rounds:

*It is conducted in five rounds which also  includes spot counselling (if seats remain vacant). The AKTU Counselling 2020 fee is Rs. 1000/-.

*Candidates must  upload their documents scan copy for verification through online mode. Candidates can fill their  choices of colleges/courses to avoid seat missing. By the end candidates must also edit their choices before locking them so that you cant miss the seat.

NO you won't have to pay 20000 rs you just need to give the registration fees that is 1000 rs. But if you have paid it in the first round then sit back and relax there is no need to pay it again. You can participate in as much rounds as you want to.

This can be said for sure that you may get a seat based on your income certificate.

However you may do one thing, that after securing a seat apply for scholarship under UPSEE programs and you may get your scholarship issued every year.

Also, if you have scored good marks then you may get admission in a good college and might get rebate on your complete education based on that.

I understand your concern, the admission process is completely in the hand of the college authorities. And GL Bajaj being a private college, in its admission matters the decision of the college authorities is held to final.

The reason for their not conducting the second round counselling is however, not known and is a private affair.
