you can change it during your counselling process. You can't change that now. During counselling , the persons those who will check your documents, you will have to  say them that you made a mistake during registration. They will correct it.

Very difficult to predict that because rank depend on number of applicants and highest score (and also highest scorer number).You can get exact rank once results are out!

you can give the exam next year (2020) and next to next year i.e. 2021.

the closing rank of Institute of engineering and technology for mechanical engineering branch is :- 10 and for electrical branch is 1416.

as the rank doesn't depend on your mark only. there are lots of factors which matters and change the rank list.
