for lateral entry the cutoff ranks are less then 500 for top private colleges and government college.

Hi Siddharth, the results of UPSEE 2019 are declared. The result is available on UPSEE official. In my opinion with this marks, you won't be able to get any good government colleges. You should apply for private colleges. You might get CSE if you want.
