Hi Ajay, the results of UPSEE 2019 are declared. You can check them on the official site of UPSEE. 

In my opinion, with this marks, it will be difficult for you to get any good government colleges. You should apply for private colleges. You might get Cse if you want.

for general category the cutoff is 160 i.e. 25% of 600. this says that you haven't qualified the exam.

for lateral entry the cutoff ranks are less then 500 for top private colleges and government college.
