Sorry Diya, I think it's very difficult for you to get  any good level government college with this rank. With this rank, I think you should apply separately for private colleges. Look for better options.

Yes you can get a seat in these private university but you wont get a seat in CSE as there cutoff is very high but since you have a quota you can possibly get CSE also but for other branches like IT,ME you can get a good

With a 68,000 UPSEE rank, JSS/KIET/AKGEC Mechanical may be difficult, while Galgotias gives you a more realistic chance, especially in later counselling/less competitive branches.
If your priority is CSE/IT, keep Galgotias high on your list and fill choices broadly rather than depending only on JSS/KIET/AKGEC.
