As far as my knowledge your chances to get CS branch in iet Lucknow are less. Other than that you  can get any other college .

You should go for counselling may be you get Your desired branch in iet Lucknow.

Thanks for your query. At a rank of 2700 it is quite difficult to get IET lucknow. Actually, The GL rank is considered nowhere, they just provide you for the sake of it. None of the UPSEE colleges cosider the GL rank only the GN rank is considered,

However, as you belong to GNAF category, there are chances that you might get through the admission procedure with a rank of 408.

Your rank will not be enough to get you into iet since according to last year's cutoffs, the admissions have closed at around 3000 rank.
