The minimum marks for qualifying is 150. If you score more than 150 ( From General Quota), then you will qualify this exam. For SC/ ST/ OBC quota, those who score more than140 + marks ,, then aspirant will qualify thus exam. Be Realx & don't be depressed. Best

You have no or very less chance of getting into IET, Lucknow. However, there are many more options available to you including the good private colleges. Do not compromise with your branch as this is not recommended in the engineering field. Go for the one in which you are comfortable.

It will not be possible to get admission through your general rank because you need to secure a rank below 4000 in UPSEE to stand a chance.

There is definitely the possibility through your OBC rank.
