Yes, they have centres only in Maharashtra.

As of 2018, MH-CET was only allowed to be given in centres around Maharashtra state. It wasn't anywhere else in India.

It is different from UPSEE in that context. 

Even the top colleges require domicile for admission.

Students who wish to apply for UPSEE 2019 should meet the eligibility criteria provided by AKTU.The eligibility criteria for the exam consists of qualifying marks, previous academic.marks.Through UPSEE you will get admission in courses for Btech,Btech (biotechnology), BTech (Agriculture),B.Arch.

The basic eligibility criteria is one should have passed 10
