You need to submit the registration fees for the forms before the merit list,once you are alloted some college then you need to pay the registration or entry fees of that college.
Yes alok bhola you can continue with that but you have to provide passing certificate previous one and admit card.You also have to contact management team of your prefereed colleges and tell them your problem mostly they helps in case if its a government college so your chances are low
