You need Income Certificate of parents, Medical Certificate, Mark sheets of 10th 12th, Domicile Certificate. Since you belong to UPGE Category, Then there are no need Caste Certificate. Apart from these, Rank card is needed.

Sorry to inform you but this rank is not good enough to secure admission in any government college of AKTU. For Government college, Your rank must be below 4000 in UPSEE. You can only go for private college of AKTU.
