Getting seat on fee waiver quota is depend on availability of such seats in desired college, It was 10% of total seats in one college reserves for fee waiver quota(2012), I’m not sure current percentage.

From this year onwards HBTI Kanpur will take admission on the basis of jee mains ranks. So top thousand ranks will go for IET Lucknow as their first preference. Last year cutoff rank was around 6500 , so this year cutoff may be below 6500.
