Congratulations On qualifying UPSEE, yes You can get rajkiya Engineering college Sonbhadra. As it's a New REC so obviously it's cutoff is comparatively lower then other government engineering colleges. If not till 3rd round then still spot round Counselling is there but still it's a bit risky.
