As you mentioned your rank 6795, i would like to tell you that in india aeronautical doesn't have a huge scope but in foreign countries it has a wide scope so to get a aeronautical engineering in best college of upsee is very tough.

I think you should take admission through your UPSEE rank , because of the variety of colleges , and with your OS rank you will get a great college under UPTU/AKTU.
