For BITSAT exam eligibility criteria is 75% in pcm & for UPSEE it's 50% so you are eligible for UPSEE only
Hello Shivani, sorry but with the Mains rank, you won't be eligible for any college. In BITS Pilani any campus if you are able to get good branch, I'd suggest you to go for it.

with the marks of 200, there is no chance to get govt or top private college of AKTU through this UPSEEE marks.
you should try in another private college or you can also try UPSEE exam next time with better luck.

It basically depends on the college more than it depends on the university. If you are getting a choice between Ip main campus USICT and any other college, you should go for it. College crowd is way lot better for engineering students here as in the same campus
