I think your rank is good but for best options you have check out the last year cut off and coresponding ranks and than you will get the full approximation about admission.

IILM just a very normal college in Greater Noida. You can take admission directly through the management seat.If you are taking admission through UPSEE then whatever is your rank it doesn't matter, you just have to qualify the UPSEE.

I am sorry but these marks are not sufficient to get a govt college , but you may get a reputed private college through these marks and also as you fakk in sc category.
