Your marks are not too good to get good college in up even you are from obc category.You need at least 300 to get good college and branch.So try for some other test jee main and other.

With this marks your rank will be around 20000.So you will not be able to get goVernment college.If you are a category studeny then you can think of it.Good college for you are ABES,AKG,JSS noida,RKGIT etC.

at this rank, there is any hardly any chance at  IET, lucknow. however you can get a good branches in colleges like bundelkhand university and rajkiya engineering colleges.
