Sorry to say but IET is among the top government colleges of UPSEE hence it's cutoffs are very high even if you want mech. You need a rank between 1-2k but you coul easily get mechnical branch in other top private colleges of upsee including,

No, it would be difficult to get government college on such marks for EEE in UPSEE colleges.

However you can try in counselling rounds. You can try these provate colleges for the same -

1. BMAS College, Agra.

2. Indraprastha Engineering College, Ghaziabad.

3. ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad.

With this marks your Rank will be around 20000-22000 In upsee.So you will not be able to get government colleges like IET and HBTI.So you have to try for private college like ABES,RKGIT,NIET, ETC.

There are lots of govt. and private colleges that accept admission through UPSEE. I will share the name of some of them. -

1. Institute of Engineering & Technology [ IET], Lucknow

With the above details oin your 12th and UPSEE marks, your rank will be somewhere around 113000. And, with that rank, I don't think you have a chance. i checked in the open category. So, i suggest you use the rank predictor and college predictor yourselves with all

general rank 17k+ & OBC rank 1k+ while you might get the seat in Govt its not sure any way give a try

as you need to have below 4k for govt college
