as mentioned earlier, yes you can try out these colleges with this marks although i'd personally suggest you to have more options in your hand as there are more colleges in the vicinity as iimt, sharda, KCC and such.

if you are from general category, you need to have 25% marks for qualification of the UPSEE exam as mentioned by the APJ abdul kalam technical university who'd look into the cutoff and list making.

You have to apply with your jee score card  only.

To get rank below 500 in UPSEE, You must score at least 515 marks out of 600. In the previous year, UPSEE Topper got 556 marks. So as per previous year, your should score 515+ marks.
