if i want to fee waiver seat and my rank is not so enough for this then can I not get bcgl seat .

Fee waiver seats are for economically poor students Fee waiver scheme is started by UP Government, according to that candidate whose family income is less than 6 lakh per year will come under Tuition Fee Waiver scheme.
