In a college if 5% fee waiver seats get filled then can i take admission to full fee or not? (if is select fee waiver scheme in upsee )

If you fall under fee waiver category then you will be considered.
Also if seats are left then only you shall be considered or else you will be considered as general candidate and will have to pay the complete fees.
