    After the declaration of all state board results, counselling letters will be out and then further proceedings will be held...

    Considering your stats I see BITS Pilani is your best shot , though you may not get all the branches available at this score .
    At pilani campus you may get MSc(chem,bio) , at goa and hyd you can get other MSc courses also .
