In the medical fitness certificate, you have to mention the state rank. Here, the state rank refers to the overall rank ( the General Rank) that you have achieved in UPSEE, although you may mention your Category Rank in brackets(optional), and it does not make any difference because

Hello,. With the said rank, you cannot get CS branch at KIET, Ghaizabad based on previous year cutoff data, the closing cutoff by rank for CSE  in last round is 8498.0. However in the same city Ghaizabad you can  get  CSE in the following colleges based on previous year cutoff
