It's very tough to get seat in any good government colleges with these marks and ranks. You have got 23749 rank in general and 1601 obc-b rank. And it's not enough to secure seat there. You can not get seat there in electrical engineering in any good government

First of all you have a good rank, so you can definitely try for Kalyani University, also you can try for Jadavpur University. There are also some other government colleges and also some of the good private colleges under wbjee so do search for them too. I'll tell

firstly there is no fourth round in wbjee. as in mop up round you can get cse in jalpaiguri government engineering college. as for private colleges you can take admission in iem and uem. but i would suggest you to go to jgec . companies like tcs,cts come for placements.

WBJEE has no certain cut-off marks. Securing a positive score secures your rank. Yes, may it be 50k to 60k but you will secure a rank. If you are thinking about good govt colleges and Jadavpur University, then about 2 k rank will certainly secure you a place
