See the HERITAGE college stands in the top 5 colleges of the West Bengal state colleges. Ur rank should be under 2.5k to get the seat in these good colleges. The marks requires for u to get into these position is about 70-75 marks in the WBJEE entrance

I checked the 2018 cutoffs available on google and saw that the closing rank was 32204 in rpund 1 and went to 34263 in round 2 and the final round went to 42157 for CSE in SC caste.

As per ther information you have provided here, admission in wbjee takes place on the basis of wbjee entrance exams.So, i don't think that your jee scoor has anything to do with it.You should search for the college that take admission on the basis of jee scoor.
