The marks vs rank depends upon the level of paper and numbers of candidates appeared for it. So it is difficult to analyse, because it varies every year. But i am giving a analyse which may vary with actual result. For 50-60 marks you may have rank in range

Some of college which offers aerospace engineering are-
IIT kharagpur( by jee advanced)
IIEST shibpur(by jee mains)
The Institute of Engineering, kolkatta(by WBJEE)
The total fees for 4 year Btech course in IEM is 5,20,800 .
And the rest of college does not accepts wbjee.

The language of question paper is both in Bengali and English.
AAccording to the official website, the admission to iiest is through JEE examination.
Admission to b.arch course is also through jee.
The student passed from NIOS board is also eligible to appear in any Government job oriented entrance exams in which the minimum qualification required is Secondary or Senior Secondary.You are surely eligible for WBJEE.The eligibilty criteria required are:
The applicant must be 17 years old as on or 31st December
