Yes any sate students are applicable for wbjee exam.
Marks above 150 to 160 is considered great for rnaks ubder 2000 in general category wbjee as per 2017 and 2018 trends.
For top 1000 ranks we recommend scoresabove 175.
However this will vary every year depending on total students appearing and their performance as well as exam difficulty level.
