Yes you can participate for WBJEE as some institute dont require Domicile of West Bengal. However you must meet other eligibility criteria such as your 12th grade must be from Recognised University and must have age vetween 17 to 25 years. Minimum 45%aggregate marks in 12th in General category is mandatory as well and students must be citizen of India.
