Jadavpur University is one of the best government college under WBJEE. Consequently, the cutoff is high. The previous year closing rank of OBC category for Mechanical engineering is Jadavpur University was 4040. And you have secured 6855. Hence it is not possible for you to get Mechanical engineering

For admission to any Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology college one need to score only 45%in PCM.With this rank admission to any government engineering college is not possible unless you are a SC/ST candidate but there are some decent engineering Colleges

Your rank is too low, both in CRL and category. I don't think you'll be able to get admision in a govt college. You can try for any private college. You can check that using the college predictor tool.

Here is the cut off for admission in JU in the mechanical branch for 2017 for various categories. If you beling to the general category, the chances seem a little less.
OP- 627
SC- 7095
ST- 29083
OBC-A- 4406
OBC-B- 1300
