My rank in WB JEE exam is 73000 but opening and closing rank is 84000 to 90000 approximate by this rank did it take me in the college

You have misconcepted, actually if your rank is below 90k i.e within the closing rank then you are eligible for taking admission in that college.Your rank describes that you deserve more better college you are looking for.
