Considering your quota and rank it is very hard for you to get into a good government college, but you can get admission in other good colleges across west bengal.

You can get following colleges :

Jadavpur university Kolkata for IT and Mechanical engineering
University of Calcutta forCsE and electrical engineering
Institute of Pharmacy for B. Pharm
Govt college of engineering and textile technology for CSE
Maulana abdul kalamAzad University of Technology for CSE.

No chnaces for this rank unfortunately as spot round cutoffs in Jadavpur-university-kolkata closes within 13000 ranks.

Incase cutoff drops you can convert power engineering and Industrial engineering at Jadavpur university.

Hi,
According to your rank you can get Rcc institute of Technology & HALDIA institute of technology (by your sc rank),, wait till to 3rd round counseling.

Otherwise you can also get MSIT, NSEC, Techno India rajarhat by your GMR rank.

Sorry, according to your rank you can't get any government colleges. But can good private colleges at your rank, like- St. Thomas, BP PODDAR, MSIT etc.
