There is a very good chance that you will get Haldia Institute of Technology as the closing rank last year was around 100000 however, getting into Heritage would be difficult as the closing rank was 8871 last year at Heritage. Hope this helps.

With rank 29000 it would be a bit difficult to get ECE at Heritage as the closing rank last year was around 8000. However, You might get the same at Techno India as the closing rank for the same was around 90000 at Techno.
