As per official website of BHU UET, Admit cards will get released before 7-10 days of examination date. To avoid leakage of question paper, Administration is taking such precautions. You can download your admit card before 7 days of your examination date.

With 54000 general rank in wbjee you obviously wouldn't get a good college with good placement.you have to go for private collges like NARULA,RCC,etc.

You can easily get good private college of WB.
With this good rank you can easily get top 10 private engineering colleges.
You can try for government college with with non core branch combination you may get government college .
Yes in most of the cet many state engineering seats are vacant are filled through jee main quota but firstly seats are filled through CET quota and than jee main quota.
