               With obc rank 1500,you have very less chance of getting any stream in JU. Still you are adviced to try till the spot round admissions because miracle can happen anytime. HAd it been your CRL rank 1500 with a obc category you would have got all the streams

                With the wbjee rank you have mentioned you may get a chance of IT in GCELT KOlkata if your luck permits but there is no chance of getting CSE.YOu can also give a try in the spot round admission too.

76000+ rank and that too in WBJEE. After this I can only suggest you to remain away from engineering. Because engineering is not just a degree, you have to work very hard for four years to learn and to build your knowledge and also to get good cgpa.
