    You have to report to the RC if another college is allotted to you if you have got the same college then you don't have to go for the reporting.

    if i upgraded for 3rd round in wbjee and no college is coming in 3rd round as per my wbjee mark so then i select my 2nd round alloted colleg

    If u r dissatisfied with this college then check your list and see the colleges above the alloted college
    If u feel that those r better then go for upgrade

    Report if you want to freeze your choice or what you got in 2nd round or else dont report it will upgrade automatically in the third round.
