    Yes you can get ece in heritage in second round as last year cut off for general in electronics & communication was 7150 rank.you should try ,you will got it.

    Your marks are good you can get goverment colleges in bengal but no reservation for outsider's. Reservation is only for the people residing in bengal.with that marks no CSE but ECE you can easily get. and if you are getting a goverment college good but there are many private colleges
