It is not possible to get vit pune at this rank,as the cut off goes very high for cs and IT, though you can get it through management call /whatsapp on 9921622156 for more details.
The admission process in ICT will be based on the MHCET, reserved 70% for the candidates of maharashtr. You can get the seat in BPharm in ICT for that you need to go for the counselling rounds and then the merit list will be prepared and you have to confirm
Sorry you can't able to get admission in nit Hamirpur with the score of hpcet. Nit Hamirpur accepts only the score of JEE mains. You need to score a decent marks for nit Hamirpur in jee mains because it one of the descent nit and best college of Himachal Pradesh.
