As per previous year cutoffs, even candidates with SC Rank 5826 have also got Metallurgical and Materials Engineering in VNIT Nagpur.

As till now, students have been selected and qualified only if they clear the individual cutoff for each subject. I don't think you can clear Mathematics with only 2 marks. You have to score more than the individual cutoff in Mathematics. Also without clearing the same won't allow you

Yes JBIMS do accept MAT score for admission process. However, you need to score at least above 700 score  that is, need to score at least between (96% to 99% )to get admission in the college.

At NIRF rankings, it has excellent scores for areas like Research and Professional Practice (RPP) and Graduation Outcomes (GO). UGC  gives a meager subsidy of about 26 crores for state-run universities like JU. As for tuition fees, JU is one of the cheapest. Its like 10k for undergarduation.

Well, brother since SC category students have huge number of seats left vacant because many of the category students fail to qulaify such low marks cut-off.

So from analysis of past year trends, expected marks to get IIT would be anything 20 marks above the qaulifying marks would be safe
