If you fall in general category then with the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere near 20000. So chances are less that you'll get into the IPUs but you can certainly look out for some other good private colleges with good academic opportunities. All the best.

Sorry to disappoint you but even with DSC quota, your chances of getting admission in ACMS are very slim. 

For instance, the first DSC rank to get admission there was 59042 and the last was 65917 in 2018. With around 380 marks, one would have gotten a rank around 80k
