Assuming you are from general category, you have chances of getting admission in BSc honours electronics in colleges like Zakir Hussain Delhi College, Bhaskaracharya College of Applied Sciences, etc.

Based on the cut offs of the previous years, you'll easily get a seat in Christian Medical College, Ludhiana given you get 520 marks in NEET 2019 examinations and belong to the OBC Category. However, the cut offs keep changing every year, so one can never be 100%  sure.

But if their cut off ranges high in that case you can apply in the affiliated colleges like SRMU, St. Stephen's,etc.
