IIITs are the government colleges which take admission on the basis of your jee mains marks.There is common counselling body for all the government colleges like NITs,IIITs,DTU,etc.So IIIT Hyderabad and IIIT Bangalore take admission on the basis of jee main marks only.

Yes you have good chance of getting CSE in IIIT Hyderabad
In 2018 IIIT Hyderabad CSE closed at AIR 1215 After its final round.

It is highly unlikely to get any core departments for 241 marks actually.
However she can get the following 2 departments in BITS Hyderabad

Hello Urmila, BHU BDS is a very in-demand course for NEET aspirants. So, it would be very tough for you to secure a place in BHU. It would have been better if you told me the exact marks. Here is the 2018 cutoff for BHU BDS course:
No, it's very hard to get admitted in MNIT at only 92.67 percentile score if you are a general candidate.
But if you are of ST/SC category then you may get seat in MNIT.
But very hard to get seat if you belong to gen. Category.
